Bergamo – Citta Alta

This historic Lombard town at the base of the Bergamo Foothills, but raising above Bergamo’s Citta Bassa,  was the highlight of my time in northern Italy.  Though we spent just the one evening and night,  this town’s charm will always hold a special place in my heart.
